End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the purchaser, and Silent Creations, the creator of Silents RollerCoaster Monument. By purchasing, downloading, or using this Monument, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Silent Creations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this prefab for your personal, non-commercial projects.
2. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
Redistributing, reselling, or otherwise making this prefab available to third parties.
Sharing or distributing this prefab in its original or modified form.
Claiming the map file, whether in its original or modified form, as your own intellectual property.
3. Modifications
You are permitted to make modifications to the Prefab file for your own personal use. However, any modified versions remain subject to the terms of this EULA. You are not permitted to share, sell, or redistribute any modified version of the map file.
4. Copyright
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in and to the prefab are owned by Silent Creations. The map file is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
