Horse Spawn Fix
Fixes horse spawns to ensure only one horse per spawn location.

Features :
  • Checks all horse spawns for duplicate Horse spawns on the exact same coords creating lagg in the area.
    Think about stables and barns having 20 horses or more on each spot they spawn at.
  • HorseSpawnFix will remove all horses on the exact coords and leaves 1 there during startup or through commands.
